This site I'm working on breaks in IE7-everythings off and it just looks terrible

Its using the IE CSS right now
but I can easily change it to the FF CSS or the original CSS if anyone is interested in helping me troubleshoot ;-)

So i'm told theres a way to have a different css load depending on what browser the user is using.

So....in my IE7 CSS- I have things lined up-(as best I can) but the menu is acting very strange

http://216.69.163.89/~ams/index.php

the submenus are misbehaving in both FF and IE under the IE CSS-
everything works dandy in FF under the FF CSS-
But everything is not lined up in IE using the FF CSS

but the idea is to have two css files, one for FF and the other for IE-If anyone can point me in a good directing to learn how to do this that would be greatly apprecitated.

oh yeah, and of course the main point of this post is to get help for the misbehaving submenus

I am completely stumbling my way through css as I am going to school for web but it's only my first year and have never been formally taught any.

Thanks so much for any help.

If anyone is interested in helping me troubleshoot this just let me know. Thanks so much.
